Returns and Refunds
Because all products are custom-made to order with your logo or artwork, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect logo files, colour variations, or sizing misjudgements.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will remake or replace the product at no cost to you. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be changed once artwork is approved and production has started. Please check your logo, colours, and quantities carefully before giving final approval.
Production and Turnaround
Standard production time is 2–4 weeks depending on the product and quantity. Express options may be available on request and will be quoted separately.
Shipping
Shipping times vary based on location and the courier. Merchly Customs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors outside our control once an order has been dispatched.
Logo and Artwork
By uploading your logo or artwork, you confirm that:
• You own the rights to use the logo/artwork, or have permission from the owner
• The file is supplied in a suitable format (PNG, SVG, AI, or PDF recommended)
• The spelling, layout, and design are correct at the time of approval
